Riser — independent music label

A label manages many artist worlds at once — chants, rituals, tunnel fits, route stories become fan-owned culture the label can bless, license, and split. The same console the team uses works here: only the config row changes.

Riser — independent music label runs 2 member worlds: 0 safe fan actions, 0 sponsor-fit signals, and 0 contributors owed credit across the roster. Every member is empty, so the console honestly shows zeros instead of fabricated fans.

Women's Sports Game Night

Fan culture forms in real time around women athletes — rituals, chants, tunnel fits, calls. This world lets the team OWN and reward that contribution safely, without forcing athletes into unbounded access.

Tour Femmes Rider World

A stage race creates stories behind the women that most fans never get to keep: rituals, climbs, recovery, bonding, courage, cities, signs, and sponsor-native support. This world turns those moments into fan contribution, route memory, and sponsor-safe proof.

Operating lanes

Capture, bless, sell, route, credit.

The roster is not a social profile. It is a work queue for the owner: what fans made, what needs approval, which sponsor can be defended, where demand should route, and what credit or payout cannot happen yet.

Nothing should become canon or commercial until a real contribution exists.

Riser — independent music label · Collect contributions first; do not fabricate approval rows.

Sponsor proof and fit

Sponsor proof needs more than isolated saves; a pattern has to be carried by the audience.

Partnerships · Nudge one ritual, chant, tunnel fit, route, or recovery stack into repeat adoption.

No commerce or access demand is ready to route yet.

Commerce / roster owner · Attach one concrete next action to the fan save: waitlist, drop, membership, event access, or partner route.

Credit and payout readiness

The roster split is 70/20/10; contributors can be credited once blessed.

Riser — independent music label · Export or settle only after blessing records the contribution status and terms.

Approval queue — blessing lane

A fan makes it, the manager blesses it, the credit sticks.

Every pending fan contribution across the roster's member worlds lands here with its live supporter count. Fans can still carry a contribution to canon on their own at 5 supporters; blessing is the owner's override — it marks the row canon now and records who blessed it, so credit and the 70/20/10 split have a real row to pay against.

Reading each member's contribution ladder…

Drop ledger — commerce lane

A drop sells, the contract splits it, the ledger remembers.

Every drop started here runs the owner-set 70/20/10 contract through the same never-zero split rail the rest of the platform pays with, then writes one row into the roster ledger. Demand routes into the label drop shop + artist membership waitlist.

Confirmed sales land here via imported confirmation (POST /api/read-back/ingest?vendor=generic · worldId roster:riser-music-label) — imported rows are chipped apart from operator entries.

Recent drop rows

No drops started yet. The ledger stays empty until a real checkout is started — nothing here is seeded.

Sponsor-proof roll-up

0 adopted sponsor-fit signals across the roster. Only members whose fans carried a pattern more than once appear — that adoption is what a sponsor renews against.

No member is sponsor-ready yet. Grow one fan ritual into shared adoption before the next brand read.

Split policy

  • The contract: every blessed, commercially-used contribution on this roster pays 70% to the maker (the fan who made it), 20% to the router (the member world that blessed and routed it), and 10% to the rail — the owner set these terms in the roster config, not in code.
  • The never-zero rule: no participating party ever receives 0 on a sale — the split math rounds so every leg gets at least one cent, and sales too small to split three ways are rejected instead of zeroing a party.
  • Payouts credential-blocked — needs STRIPE_SECRET_KEY. Splits still compute and record honestly; connect Stripe and the same rows settle for real.
