Copyright & IP Policy
We respect copyright, trademark, image, voice, publicity and other intellectual-property rights. Creators retain their work. A submission or import must have a recorded rights basis before it can be published or commercialized as rights-cleared.
What a notice must contain
Identify the protected work, the exact location of the complained-of material, your contact details, the relevant rights holder, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement and your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete notices may require follow-up.
What happens next
We record the notice, preserve evidence, assess it promptly, disable access where appropriate, notify the affected contributor when legally permitted, accept valid counter-notices, and record restoration or final removal. We may disclose the notice as needed to operate this process.
Repeat infringement
We may warn, restrict uploads, suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe, while considering valid counter-notices, misidentification and the circumstances of each matter.
Designated agent
The registered U.S. DMCA agent details are not yet configured. Until registration is completed and these details are published, this workflow records notices but is not represented as completed DMCA safe-harbor registration.
