THE INTRO QUEUE · CONNECTOR'S PRIMITIVE
Every requested intro, tracked to landing.
The drafted-intro form is the connector's most leverageable artifact. The queue holds one row per ask, with a status that advances on tap. No more dropped intros, no more "I'll get to it." Every row below is a real captured request; every count is the rollup of what the host actually did.

WHY THE QUEUE MATTERS
A working connector requests ~40-80 intros per quarter. Without a queue, ~60% die in a draft folder. With one, the drafted-to-sent rate moves above 85%, the sent-to-landed rate above 50%, and the host's reputation compounds at zero additional labor cost per intro after the first draft.
