What ECHT refuses to certify

  • No scalar scores on people. A person is never reduced to a number; only counts of witnessed events are certifiable.
  • No seeded or unstamped rows. A row without a live-captured provenance stamp never enters a certified number.
  • No modeled figures. Derived, projected, or estimated values are not evidence.
  • No unconsented words. Free-text notes, names, and per-person rows never appear behind a certified number — evidence-class counts only.
  • No frozen truth. Every read recomputes the number from the live store; when the store has moved, the certificate says stale.
