Where editors, buyers, designers regroup between shows. 25hours is the publicly-known CPHFW hotel partner. Each hotel becomes a green room.

CPHFW requires brands meet a sustainability framework to show on the official schedule. That makes the brand cohort pre-filtered. The buyer doesn't have to ask if a brand is doing the work. The work is the floor, not the headline.
Apollo Kantine, Barr, Maven, Sanchez. Three or four nights a year these restaurants stop being restaurants and become editorial offices. The seating chart is the deal map. By breakfast the next morning the seating chart has become emails, introductions, and at least one collaboration.
