Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Troviii is a service operated by Femtechnology, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Femtechnology,” “we,” “us”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Femtechnology. By using Troviii you agree to them. If you use Troviii on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it. You must be at least 18 to create an account, create or contribute material, send messages, or make purchases through Troviii. Do not create an account for a person under 18 or submit a child’s personal information, writing, image, voice, or other contribution.
2. The service
Troviii lets hosts, sponsors, and attendees capture, synthesize, and act on what happens in real-world rooms and events — including post-event intelligence generated from data you provide. Features evolve; we may add, change, or remove them.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account, your credentials, and activity under it. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading content; do not attempt to access data or surfaces you are not authorized to reach; do not use Troviii to process data you have no lawful basis to process. We may suspend or remove access to protect users, third parties, or platform integrity.
4. Payments, commerce, and payouts
Payments are processed by Stripe under the Stripe Services Agreement and Connected Account Agreement. Where a host, gallery, or merchant sells through a direct charge, that seller is the merchant of record and is solely responsible for the goods or services sold, delivery, refunds, and disputes. Where Femtechnology is the merchant of record for its own products, Femtechnology is responsible for those sales. Some links are affiliate links; attribution, rewards, and payouts depend on valid tracked activity and applicable program rules.
5. Your data and others’ data
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you upload data about other people (for example, a lead, badge, RSVP, or CRM export), you confirm you have the right to do so, and our processing of that data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Addendum.
6. Intellectual property
Troviii, its software, and its original content are owned by Femtechnology. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it to operate the service according to the visibility and participation you chose. Imported material remains rights-unverified until a source-specific basis is recorded. Our Copyright & IP Policy governs notices, counter-notices, disabling, restoration and repeat infringement. Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute the service except as allowed by law or a separate written agreement.
7. Disclaimers
Troviii is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Outputs (including AI-generated summaries and recommendations) may be inaccurate and are not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using them. Troviii is not a clinical record or diagnosis service; the Consumer Health Data Boundary applies to wellness experiences.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Femtechnology will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Femtechnology harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, your sales to your customers, or your violation of these Terms or of any law (including data-protection law).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
11. Changes and contact
